Water Peace Ceremony, Lunghin Pass

When: Saturday, 15 August 2026, 12.00–13.00. Where: Lunghin Pass

Do you feel the wish to take action for peace, or to find peace within yourself? Then come to the 3rd Water Peace Ceremony at the triple watershed on the Lunghin Pass. We go to the source, to the springs, and connect with the great power of the surrounding mountains. Discover how everything is connected and how you can send your wishes for peace out into the world with the water. From the Lunghin Pass to the North Sea, the Adriatic, the Black Sea and into the global water cycle.

Alone we are a single drop; together we become an ocean!

Getting there: Would you like to hike up to the Lunghin Pass together with others? The meeting point is at 9.00 at the Cavreccia car park (near Bivio). The hike Cavreccia – Septimer Pass – Lunghin Pass takes 2.5 hours. Do you need a lift from Bivio Post? Or would you like to arrive the day before and stay overnight in the Septimer Hut (a few places are still available)? Then get in touch with us.

What to bring: A small bottle of water from home (fountain, stream, spring, …), a rattle (if you have one), something to eat for our shared meal, something to drink for yourself, hiking gear suited to the weather

Contribution: The Water Peace Ceremony is free. There is a collection for the project.
